Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you visit this website or buy from us. If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you also have the rights described in section 7.
1. The information we collect
- Order information: your full name and email address, the package you bought, the amount paid and the order reference.
- Payment information: your card or wallet details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive only limited information, such as confirmation that the payment succeeded; we never see or store your full card details. When the checkout offers you an extra item after payment, Stripe keeps your card securely on file for us so that you can add it with a single click, as the checkout tells you before you pay; your card is only charged again if you choose that offer.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, for example a support or refund request.
- Location estimate: our hosting provider uses your IP address to estimate the town or city you are in, which we show at the top of the page. We do not store your IP address or this estimate.
- Cookies and similar technologies: if you agree, information about your device and how you use the website, collected by the analytics and advertising tools described in section 5.
- Reviews: if you leave a review after your purchase, it is saved only in your own browser, on your device. It is not sent to us.
2. How we use it
- To take your payment, deliver the Product by email and provide support.
- To handle refunds and complaints.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- If you agree, to measure visits and the performance of our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means.
3. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the website and deliver your order:
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Resend — sending the email with your access details.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) — website analytics, only if you agree.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — measuring the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads, only if you agree.
We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.
4. Where your information is processed
Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. They are required to protect it in line with this policy and with the law.
5. Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary: those the website needs in order to work, including the cookies Stripe sets on the checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These are set only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep order information for as long as we need it to provide the Product and support, and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted once they are no longer needed. Information collected by analytics and advertising tools is kept in line with those tools’ retention settings.
7. Your rights
Depending on the state where you live (including California, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, reply to your order delivery email; we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
You can opt out of advertising cookies at any time by changing your cookie choice, and many browsers let you send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor.
8. Children
The website and the Product are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
The website and the checkout use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Payments are protected with 256-bit encryption and, where required, 3D Secure authentication.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
