1. These terms

These terms apply to your purchase of the digital product “The Letters of Paul — explained verse by verse” and any bonus or add-on content bought with it (the “Product”) through this website. Please read them before you place your order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Product is sold to consumers for personal use. If you are buying for a business or a church, please contact us first.

2. The Product

The Product is study material supplied in digital form only, as PDF files, and delivered by email. Nothing physical will be mailed. It is available in two packages, each paid for with a single one-time payment:

• Basic Package: Paul’s 13 Letters explained verse by verse, in PDF format, with 12 months of access from the date of purchase. It does not include the bonus content.
• Complete Package: Paul’s 13 Letters explained verse by verse, in PDF format, plus 3 bonus resources, with lifetime access and future updates included.

When you buy the Complete Package, you may also add the optional “13 ready-to-preach sermons” for the additional price shown at checkout.

Neither package is a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.

To use the Product you need an email address, an internet connection to download the files, and a device that can open PDF files, such as a computer, tablet or smartphone.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes that apply. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken in full when you order and is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge a fee if your card is not issued in US dollars.

4. Your order and delivery

Your order is complete when your payment has been confirmed. We will then email your access details to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If you have not received them within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

5. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund for any reason, or none, within 30 days of the date of purchase, even after you have downloaded the files.

To cancel, simply reply to your order delivery email, or contact us from the email address you used to buy. We will refund you, using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your request. There is no fee for canceling.

6. If there is a problem with the Product

If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, tell us and we will send a corrected version or, if we cannot, give you a full or partial refund. This is in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

7. How you may use the Product

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download, read and print the Product for your own personal study and use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the Product, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights in the Product remain ours or our licensors’.

8. Our responsibility to you

The Product is provided for personal study. We take care to make it accurate and useful, and if it does not meet that standard our responsibility is to correct it or refund you as described above. The Product is for personal use only, so we are not responsible for any business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown on this website when you placed your order.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please reply to your order delivery email and we will aim to respond within 5 business days. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly and fairly.
